Here are a few photos of the cast iron bell housing with the hydraulic clutch on the passenger side. You can see the two bolts that hold the "slave" in Photo #2 The bottom photo was a "before" photo and the top 2 photos are "after".

As you can also see in Photo #2, this bell housing has the mounts built into it and was basically a "plug and play" with the original crossmember.

Originally, this was bolted to the original "granny low" transmission. The transmission shown is the NP440/MY6 from the 1980's trucks. The bolt patterns for both of these transmissions were the same.
