I'm still learning about all this, but I see on PML's website they will drill the the PCV and breather for you. I'm assuming the passenger side rear is the PCV and the front of the driver side cover has the breather, can you just fill the engine with oil by unplugging the breather?
(I believe) My current breather is routed from the valve cover to the air cleaner, with yours it just looks like a plug with no hose, are you going to route a hose to the air cleaner or is that plug sufficient?

You got it! Just pull out the breather and fill there. They give you a little bent tube to use. I am not running anything to the aircleaner
