yep the spline is pretty much the same on all gm

59 and 60 Biscayne wheels were what was used on the trucks as a "deluxe" wheel, until 65, 66 deluxe wheel was the same as a 64-66 chevy II.
even the locking column late model wheels should have the same spline.
