It seems if you get a factory ac cab heater box and built a block off and added holes for the ducts to attach you could have your heater core inside and maintain the same principle... Only thing is the fan. Kind of a tuffy maybe if you reworked the passenger fresh air vent and basically reversed it that might work... I don't know just shooting ideas I'm sure you have a much better idea then this. Can't wait to see what you come up with
