Looking good. Are you using POR-15 on all of the parts or just the core support and frame?
What are the two triangular brackets attached to the crossmember by the axle hump in the frame? I don't think my leaf spring frame has them. They seem a bit elaborate to just be for exhaust hangers... (edit- come to think of it, I don't even have that cross member, as I replaced it with a chunk of heavy angle iron due to the original being rotten...)
