You can add shoulder belts to the 2nd row drivers side seat & 3rd row driver & passenger seats. Shoulder belt add on is not possible on the passenger side 2nd row due to the seat being narrower for pass through to the 3rd row seat (if that's the configuration you have). Headrests are not addable. If you want shoulder belts and headrests for all seat positions then you will have to upgrade to a more modern suburban seat configuration with the belts built in.
