Spindles don't affect the ride of the truck. You can also flip the axle which should not affect the ride either since your not changing the rate of the springs. You are just changing the location of the axle to the top of the springs. Just make sure that if you do flip the axle that there is enough room for the axle to move. Build the notch to the most it will ever need.
When my truck was static dropped with bell tech springs, dropped spindles, flipped axle and blocks it rode awesome till I hit a hard bump and then because I didn't have enough notch it slammed hard onto the frame in the rear.
