Also, did these big trucks have a neutral start switch on the clutch pedal?
I won't have any pictures of a Choke available, but there should be no kind of switch on your clutch pedal.

Back to the Choke, there should be a bracket on the side of the carb with a place to hold, and to adjust, the Choke Cable Housing.
