wholesale on trade in is fair... nit picking on little items, or make believe items, means I don't do business with them.
For awhile I purchased a new vehicle every two years. No dealer wanted to treat me with respect so I took my business elsewhere. I recommend that you get your deal in writing, go to the next dealer and see if they will beat it ON THE SAME TRUCK. There is no such things as "customer loyalty" so I don't believe in dealer loyalty...
