I may b able to retrieve a few pics, our computer recently died a slow and painful death, taking years of documents and pictures to the grave with it.
The basic concept, was I used a 64-66 cab for the front, a 60-62 for the rear. I removed the front 8" off the of the '62 doors to make the rear doors. The '62 cab was cut straight down from the bottom of the "dogleg" or bottom corner of the winshield. The angle of that A pillar is close to the andgle of the rear of the 64-66 door, to they lined up decent with a filler panel. In my opinion, I shouldn't have cut the doors. When finaly assembled the rear seat leg room was minimal. We ended up taking about a 4"section out of the stock seat bottom to gain a little room and make it not look so cramped.
We constructed ours on a '62 chassis, I felt the X type, boxed frame was stronger for the conversion and would support the extra weight in the middle better. We left it stock wheelbase and cut the front of the bed off and attached the bed directly to the rear of the cab, much like a modern Avalanche, making a 5.5" bed. Again, another area I would not repeat, mainly for cosmetic reasons.
The current one is a simple extended cab,a 24" stretch, not a 4 door and I am starting with 2 chassis and going to build as needed front to back. I do not have a build thread, because it is actually a collaberation with another shop, so not really "my build" It's our design and vehicle, but alot of the sheet metal fab is being done by someone for us. I do know they are using the floorpan/firewall from a late model diesel truck to take advantage of the OEM sound proofingand trans tunnel clearance. It is based on a 1972 C30 motorhome chassis with a 2001 6'5L turbo diesel Allison automatic and 14 bolt dually rear axle.
There are several of these projects on here, by some really talented guys, who have built great looking trucks.
