I got some crappy Headman Headers on right now and I keep melting the #5 plug wire. The pipe bend at the flange is too tight.

I tried the cheap fix w/ the Accel shorty plugs. Didn't work.

Who else has a 60's series truck running headers off a small block? I need some good recommendations.
