Amp gauge is working fine from what you show and tell. When the truck is off and you put a load on the gauge as the lights being on it is correctly showing a draw on the system to the left of the hash mark with nothing being put back into it.

With the truck on then it should move to the right because the alternator is putting back more than the lights are taking.

Now go buy yourself a good volt meter gauge and hook it up to see what voltage your truck is using.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
