I've smoothed out the parting lines on my set of rams horns. I just used a Dremel Rotary Tool with (I think) the grinding roll. Then smoothed it out a little bit with some of the fine sandpaper rolls. It wasn't hard. I don't know about any of the other questions, though. Also, I don't have any pics since they're in GA right now. You might want to post a question to gearhead on the inliners board.
