mine just bolts on....you fit it to the hood (scribe)...paint...
install rubber....bolt on.....
yes i cut the hole with a die grinder......
duct taped the area...marked the hole.....cut her out....
did it right on the truck....
placed a blanket over the engine....closed down the hood...
covered the windshield...let it rip.....
no vibs....even at 120MPH....
