[ When I had power windows in my AD I simply ran them tied to the hinge. It was a shrink wrapped pair of wires, very thin, tied to the hinge with nylon ties. On the cowl side there was a big loop so as to be sure there was enough room and it worked like a charm for years (until I sold that cab).
That's how I did it as I remember, it was a piece of cake.
