i swapped from a 3speed to a 350 auto also. i had to take the stock crossmember out, as you probably know the 3speed is a lot shorter than any auto. anyway, the new crossmember just bolted right up, the holes were already there. when i get home tonight, i will see if i can get a good pic for ya
