how do you use your truck?
wood beds are awesome when kept up, but sometimes that's hard to do. are you planning on hauling stuff in the bed? does the truck sit out in the weather and/or you planning on a bed cover?
obviously, metal beds are easier to take care of, but most of those i have seen all have the washboard effect going on. if i ever thought there was a chance i might haul something in the bed, i would go for the metal floor
