Re: Our new shop - AKA Barnasaurus

You guys are good!

That’s 22+ feet to the upper peak so if you’re afraid of heights then you don’t need to be up there. I could’ve, would’ve done it myself if I hadn’t twisted my darn ankle Saturday evening. I can’t believe I was able to help with the floor covering Sunday as bad as it hurt. But climbing a ladder and bending my ankle to remain upright on the roof pitch would have been unbearable. Today is the first day I have and ankle instead of a swollen unrecognizable appendage.

40x60 main building

12x30 east side for bath/break area/mechanical area

24x24 south side carport

12x30 west side covered area

So that’s 3696 covered square feet, crap that’s a lot. I hadn’t actually put it down on paper and added it up until now.

Thanks for the compliments! Interior trim work and primer should be done today. Should have water hooked up today or tomorrow. The propane tank is going to be set next Monday and the cabinets will be here on the 23rd.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
