Replaced the Recirculate actuator today but still not working. Brand new control unit and I performed the "reboot" of the system as instructed on here.
Is this controlled by vacuum or power? Whichever what are the parts needed to replace? Is this a vacuum pump or fuse?

Both mode and blend door working correctly.

Last question….would this have anything to do with the AC not blowing cold in the front?
