I got up early this morning and started the rear disk conversion.
Getting the drum backing plate off is a pain in the arse because of 45 years of rust weld on the bolts.
I ended up using a cut off disk to cross hatch the bolt heads and then used a punch and a hammer to knock the heads off the bolts.
