Thanks, There is a lot of research in this. Now all I have left is to nail specifics on the black or woodgrained lower trim variations.
Its easy to understand why you think that but any 72 with the Highlander Plaid Trim code is a Highlander be it a K5 to a C30.
Promo Package trucks on the surface sound great but to most people a true strict YG6, 7 or 8 is a little off putting.
This is because the package only included the upper belt molding and chromed front bumper as exterior dress in addition to the wheelcovers or hubcaps.
The Highlanders people seem to "like" are the dressed up trucks that have the lower bodyside molding or even Deluxe Two-Tone paint options. Much more so than the basic "spear".
Here is a basic YG6/618 C30 Highlander. Fill in the missing chrome hubcaps and front bumper and there it is, stark.
