Re: Drop in fuel pump for tank in cab?
I made my own pick up for an in tank pump for in cab tank for my TBI engine. I wrapped the tank with some 1/4" high density foam and also lined the back of the cab and the al mounting points. There wasn't that much noise really, but there was a high pitched whine that I thought could get annoying. Doubt it would have been heard much when running anyway. I just decided against that tank, I hate in cab tanks, and I had a Suburban tank I wasn't using.
