If it is a VW dealership or a even if it is another dealership e-mail you complaint to their headquarters over and over till you get an answer. Call the headquarters till you get an answer that you want to hear. Take out a spot in your local paper and explain the problem and how they did you wrong(but don't slander;would hate for the A$$holes to sue you for somethiing they did wrong)I work for a large Corp. and we hate to hear that some jackass is not treating our customers right. Simply ***** till you find someone at VW that will do something about it. Just my .02
