That is not a correct VIN number that I can tell:
CE134-1Z58128

I have never seen a number after the dash but before the plant code.

Either he is trying to say that he has a 1971 via the "1" before the plant code "Z", or else his VIN number should be CE134-Z158128.

In which case, Southpa's VIN would decode as a 1971.

If this is true, the he has a 1971 that would have disc brakes anyways, so the home made option sticker doesn't prove much ...
