20 years? Sell it. I would never let something I was passionate about sit that long. The longest I ever let my truck "sit" was 2 years over the past 18 I've owned it.
Also, being that it's a long bed (tool box door) and the motor/trans is gone with rust and body damage... it ain't worth much.
