Have you connected it and checked if it works?
I'm looking at a 67-72 AM radio and it has an antenna input, 12V speaker, and I guess ground.
It also says don't run it w/o an 8-10 Ohm speaker.

The volume pot gets dirty and needs some working back and forth to get rid of noise, and electrolytic caps go bad.

Maybe it works, or you can fix it yourself...
