Pics really help to get an idea of what it's worth. Without seeing it and considering that 67-72 trucks are pretty common in that area of the country, I'll go out on a limb and say around $500-750. That's based on your area, what sounds like a lack of desireable options, a relatively unpopular running gear combination, and your description of the condition of the body. Who knows, though?
As a point of reference, I paid $1,100 for my 68 CST here in Northern Maine where these old trucks are quite uncommon. It had/has a good running 307 with a Quadrajet, a TH400 transmission, gauges (no tach), 3.73 posi, factory A/C, and power steering. I've got rust in the lower doors, rockers, cab struts, and cab corners. The front-end clip is great and the bed is about a 7 out of 10.
