I'm having trouble with the manual choke on this Rochester B. When I turn the idle screw to where the truck will staying running it makes it impossible to pull out the manual choke... it just won't budge. If I back off the idle screw enough to where I can operate the choke then the truck will not stay running.
This may be completely unrelated but I'm also wondering if I should cut the slack out of this spring.
