I paid $40 for a set of OEM 6-lug steel wheels a while back that I ended up sandblasting and repainting; they were clean and the lips were straight.
Being 8 lug and a bit tougher to find, I wouldn't think $100 for all 5 would be out of the question for the right buyer. Afterall, they are plain jane steel wheels, and it takes an appreciation for someone to want them because they certainly don't turn any heads. I'd like to hear what others think.
