yah, I can't think of an easy way to get that out at this point. you could try to weld something to it so you could pull it the rest of the way out...but I think you'll just end up doing a lot of screwing around for nothing.

once the shop gets it out you can pull and replace the rest at home if you want to - it doesn't take much to do it - just a tool, a tap and some studs.
