I was fine with any of the Echlin (premium) stuff that napa has. The lower stuff works on my daily, but I always spent a couple $ extra for the Echlin, and its still cheaper than the dealer. I'd only buy Knock sensors from the dealer.

The defacto copper plug is the NGK TR55, if your gonna run a copper plug. Others will swear by the iridiums because of the high power coils, but most of them aren't building for performance. If you want a 50k mi plug on a stock swap, then thats a logical approach (way more per plug, but you don't buy em much).

Copper plugs are $1.60ish each, but on a higher performance LS Motor you go through a set every other season probably.
