Here where I live we have tons of numskulls like that. lol. I had some idiot almost run me over when I was riding my bike cause he wasn't watching where the heck he was going...I didn't know you could lock the tires with manual brakes...musta been pushing hard! lol! Glad you an the truck are ok!
