dude i been after that same stepup for my 66K10, i found one for the C10 very simular setup,but has a center drag link that the power assist ram mounts on, WOW!!! i been asking around and no one seems to think they made them for 4x4, crazy thing i been searching for just the normal PS pumps off 67-72 and 4x4 pitman arm... Now i have proof and if i find any i will keep you in mind, also the guy i got the "power assist" from had a second set, maybe you can build this unit out of those parts???
