Lowering spindles are a solid platform, and even with the stock front springs back in there will keep it dropped down whatever the offset is on the spindles.
More leaves in the rear will stiffen the rear back up and also raise the rear end up.
What part of Washington you moving to? I see you're currently in SD... in the Navy? Moving to Whidbey, Bremerton or Everett? I'm located up on Whidbey Island.
