Our original plan was to smooth all the welds and make a nice, perfect, little, round, end to the cup (it's going to be powder coated a black silver vein...all the interior pieces we're making will be), but then it would look like we just bought it somewhere.
We decided to leave the seam welds exposed so that you knew it was homemade.
If I would have figured that part out initially, I would have laid prettier beads!
Anyway, made a simple mount for the cup and bolted it to the top of the dash.
