I used to drive right by there when I worked at Jim Ellis Chevy. Such a shame they couldn't make that place work, a lot of history there!
Another mixed use development is going to be such a waste... That isn't what works in atlanta and I can't believe anyone would throw money at it. The Porsche development in Hapeville (formerly a Ford Taurus plant) looks amazing, that will bring a lot of international exposure to the area. Too bad the Braves won't be a couple exits up anymore. I guess the only thing that stays the same is change.
