Got the old seat pulled out last night after picking up a second row seat from a 99 Tahoe. Had to modify the seat frame and brackets that bolt to the transmission tunnel but overall Im happy how it turned out. The headrest sit just almost perfect with the back window. Plus cup holders
and two seat belts from a short bus...
On a side note I would highly suggest using the 2nd row Tahoe or Suburban seats for anyone looking to swap. I searched and searched for a descent shape 95-99 Silverado bench seat and had no luck. Everyone I looked at was in as bad of shape or worse than the one I pulled out of the truck.
