Im 6'5" and use a pair of buckets from a Chevy Lumina which adjust front to back, recline, and up and down for height (all manually), the gas tank is out back which as stated earlier gains very little, I use a tilt/tele column from a Coupe De'Ville. I also did the lowering trick with the doorstop bumper to my clutch pedal. While its still not super spacious in my cab, it is decent and long drives are no problem.
