Well for us tall people it also depends on our build too, I know guys my height whose legs are actually longer than mine so that poses its own set of issues that makes it hard for us to use what works for everyone else. But I need a wide comfortable seat as well and no I'm not a fat ass lol just a larger framed man who is 6'4" tall barefoot. Hell ever shoe size might play into our pedal issues too.
