I acquired a NNBS this year (08 2wd w/ 3.73) as well and like you i have the 4.8L v8 and i am very happy with the power it provides and the mileage is good as well for a large truck.
I am on 22's with a 5/7 and my front inner fenders are burnt out pretty good in a couple spots haha.. Is your truck a 2wd?
