My first one leaked. Griffin repaired it for free. What they told was not to synch it down tight. You need rubber bushings on the bottom and top and make sure you can move the radiator up and down and side to side with moderate pressure. If it is synched down like the stock radiators it will crack. I've not had any more issues since I followed their advice.
