Finally got a little bit of progress. I built a cab cart on the cheap with some scrap lumber I had laying around. I'll build something nice one day, but this will work for now. I did spend a little on the wheels, but that's because it had to be mobile on the outside.
I got the cab on it and cleaned out a bit. Don't really like what I found, but oh well. It's going to need a whole lot of love in the sheet metal, but I have big plans for this so it's going to get done. Gonna start ordering a few of the more complex patch panels here shortly. I bought a sheet of 18g so I plan to make some of my repairs from that.
