tsetsaf, we recommend bolting them down to factory specs. We don't want the radiators moving in the mounts. The rubber isolators are to reduce vibration, but aren't meant to allow the rad to shift all around. This is yet another reason why we refuse to use epoxy on our radiators. We started in the radiator business building radiators for circle track cars, which take a ton of abuse.

Custom_68, our radiators weigh in around 23-25lbs and that is with dual 1" cores (2" total core thickness, same as a traditional 4-core thickness)
