Hey Krex I know this seems like a cop out but it's worth what you are willing to pay. There are a lot of questions only you can answer. Do you want a flat bed? Are you looking for a project or are you leaving it as is and driving it? Do you want something original or modified? Like the color, interior? Is the work done up to your standards? If it's exactly like you want it = worth more. Not what you want and needs a lot of changes = worth less. When you start tearing into these, even doing the work yourself the costs start adding up. Also a word of advice that's helped me. The time to sell a car/truck is when you buy it. Look at it as you're going to sell it tomorrow, could you? At a loss or a gain?
