So one of the POs of my truck cut speaker holes in the bottom of the doors. Right now the holes are covered with carpet, but I'd like to repair this properly and bring it back to stock.

Does one of the aftermarket companies make a skin to cover this mess up? Does anyone have recommendations on how to fix this?
