I have HAL/AVO whatever their current name is coilovers on my truck and they work great. I fabbed the bars and bracketry myself and love the way they work at the track. The part most people screw up is the spring selection. The absolute proper way to select the springs is to take the extended and collapsed length of the shock and find the middle of this travel. You need a spring that has the shock riding at that midway point when it is just sitting at ride height. The shock is adjustable and controls the movement. The promastar coilovers are really the best for our suspension type and drag racing.
