I believe LMC and maybe Classic Industries sell entire turnkey setups with all gauges, PCB, and so on. Not cheap (over $700 if I recall, but check).

I can recommend TBONE as being a great guy to deal with and if he's got what you need, or can get it, the way to go. May be other vendors too, he's just the one that helped me out with a Speed Warning cluster issue and it was a good experience.
