I made this boxing plate for the front frame rails. I CAD drew it MasterCam X8 and cut it out on a water jet at work. It is a full 40" long, so it covers from the radiator support bracket all the way back to the original transmission cross member.
And I added the cutouts for access to the sway bar mounting bolts.
I cut out the little lip from the original steering box, and I will weld in a new piece to comply.
