I ended up using a med size freightliner front axle (Eaton) I cut 10" out of the center of the axle (I used a metal cutoff saw) I bolted a 1/2 plate to the top of the axle using the existing holes and then welding it back together.
The rear is 10 lug Kodiak but all most any will do. I used the entire frame and welded it to the old C50 frame. PM me if you want more info.

Super super looking van by the way. You just don't see them like that anymore.
