Maintained 6.0 will go to 250k+ with no mechanical problems. Only common problem that is engine related would be an exhaust leak at the manifold. The outer bolts snap due to heat cycles.

Fuel pumps are common, Instrument cluster problems are common, Knock sensors and harnesses happen from time to time.
